It is remarkably similar in composition to the oils naturally found in human skin, which means it absorbs easily and works in harmony with your body. It is rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as essential fatty acids that nourish, moisturize, and support healthy skin function — without synthetic chemicals or fillers.
Is tallow good for sensitive skin?
Yes! Tallow is one of the most gentle and compatible moisturizers for sensitive skin. Because its fatty acid profile closely mirrors our own skin's sebum, it rarely causes irritation or breakouts. What makes grass-fed tallow different from conventional skincare?
Grass-fed tallow comes from cattle that graze on pasture, which results in fat that is higher in beneficial nutrients like conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), omega-3 fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins. Conventionally raised cattle produce tallow with a less optimal nutrient profile. We source our tallow from local, pasture-raised cattle right here in Texas. We are committed to knowing where our ingredients come from and supporting regenerative farming practices close to home.
Are your skincare products all-natural?
Yes. Our tallow skincare products contain only clean, natural ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, parabens, preservatives, or fillers. What you see on the label is exactly what is in the jar.
How do you ship tallow products in warm weather?
We take extra care when shipping tallow during warm months. All warm-weather orders are packed with insulated liners and ice packs to help keep your products cool during transit. We also recommend choosing expedited shipping during summer to minimize time in transit.
Will my tallow melt during shipping?
Tallow has a naturally soft consistency and can soften or melt slightly in high heat. If your product arrives soft or melted, do not worry — simply place it in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes to firm back up. The quality and effectiveness of the product is not affected by minor temperature changes during shipping.
Do you ship nationally?
Yes, we ship throughout the contiguous United States. Please note that during summer months we recommend expedited shipping for tallow skincare orders to ensure they arrive in great condition.
